Chipotle Mexican Grill - LINCOLNSHIRE

The cashier exhibited a very unpleasant attitude during my visit. While I was checking out, she frightened me with her demeanor and rolled her eyes. It seemed like she might have been having a bad day, but I'm not sure. After this awful interaction, I chose to leave my food on the counter and walk out without completing the transaction. I don't feel obligated to spend my money in a place where I don't feel welcome or where I am treated poorly for no reason.

When they enjoy watching high school friends serve each other oversized portions, only to see them later offer small portions for the same price, it's definitely a unique experience. Just be sure to stop by on the weekend to catch the action!

The food was decent, but the service was quite poor. It's clear why Fat Rosie operates next door and tends to be busy while this place was nearly empty. I won't be returning here.

Store closes by 10 clock it is 7:55 all doors closed and locked. the hired look at us and ignore us. no answer. the hell with them.

Just ordered food from there an hour ago they didn't put lettuce in our salad and all the food was cold place an order online and picked it up 10 minutes later I don't understand how you can leave lettuce out of a salad. I don't think I've been more disappointed with an online order in my entire life. Will not be returning to this location in the future
