By the end of 2013, the new owner, Ms. Mejstrik-Philipp, led the Zwiesler Forest House in Lindberg and then took over this traditional guest house, which has become the epitome of very good trout facilities among the predecessors. Making this success story is a difficult way and I can confirm that since my visit on 10.6.2014! Before we were able to enjoy the Waldhäus ́l salad there was a clear mistone, because the wooden bench I took place was full of resin due to the heat of the past days. This was the owner and also escaped me, and the episode was a resin-crazed pants. I don't want to go further about the reaction of the owner, which is to be described as a salopp, but it wasn't very professional... The salad we ok, the trout flakes unfortunately too dry to taste really good! Conclusion: we keep the Waldhäus ́l among the former owners in good memory. A second visit will certainly not take place!

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Der Service ist flott, höflich und freundlich. Die Hausforelle ist spitzenklasse! Die Preise sind allerdings sehr anspruchsvoll. Früher war der Beilagensalat noch dabei. Jetzt gibt es ihn für 4,90 Euro extra! Service: Dine in Price per person: €20–30

Waren im Juli 2023 dort zum Essen. Es ist ein uriges kleines Gasthaus abseits der großen Touristenrouten. Es gibt eine kleine, aber feine Speisekarte. Die Wirtin kocht selbst und es schmeckt prima.
