Craven Bbq - Linden

I was on a mini holiday and was recommended to this restaurant. As a woman who used to work in the food industry, I can say that this place was really good! They were busy, but they made sure we had a quality dining experience. The shrimp dish was amazing! The sauce for dipping the bread and even the rice had a beautiful twist! I will definitely be coming back. The staff was friendly and the fact that it's BYOB is great for someone like me who is traveling on a budget. Thank you!

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. The customer service was good, but the food was disappointing. I ordered BBQ chicken with rice and a side of wings. The rice was overcooked and too salty. The BBQ chicken had no barbecue flavor, was dry, and lacked taste. The wings were also not tasty and overly salty. I cannot recommend this place and believe they need a better chef. Go at your own risk.

I went to this restaurant last night and ordered garlic shrimp, but they gave me something different. The sauce didn't even taste like garlic. I also ordered the BBQ combo and was disappointed to find that the ribs had a very dry sauce on them. I waited 20 minutes for my food only to receive the wrong order, which was not seasoned correctly. The sauce was terrible. I spent $50 and the only good thing was the desserts. I won't be going back, especially since I found out they close at 9 and it was 8:55 when I tried to call.

To say that this is not what we expected. we paid 60 for this food. reis was so hard (underboiled) picadiñhos had no taste and was not what we are used to eat. we ordered this food for my family that came to visit us, it was one of the worst food we tried. we threw away the food. we ordered the kennels fried huh. what a waste of money. We ordered chickens from them when they just opened and was not good at all. we thought Bbq chicken isn't her speciality. but again we were very disappointed. I will never order from this place again.60 down the drain! and had to spend another $50 to feed my family. so embarrassing! so frustrated!?

The food was amazing best bbq In linden New Jersey. Ribs are like a melt in your mouth. 10 out of 5 food. customer service was amazing
