I had an incredible experience at this store! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The cashier, Kauda, was amazing. I would definitely recommend this store!

Thighs beat KFC Size: 3 times larger. KFC has lost my business to Popeyes. Too bad, KFC customer for 50 years. KFC changed. Popeyes wins. Communication at drive-thru needs comprehensive listening skills in Lindsay branch. Thighs not fries. Frustrating.

I've visited this restaurant about a dozen times and the food has consistently been excellent. The portion sizes are generous—sometimes a bit more than expected—and everything is always served correctly with no missing items. The staff is friendly and responds well when treated with respect. During my last visit, the manager even offered me a special that was no longer on the menu, which really made my day. A young lady who said she was "kind of new" served me, but she handled everything like a seasoned pro. I was impressed; she didn't miss a beat. It's definitely worth the drive to the west end.

The food was amazing! It was spicy, crispy, and absolutely delicious! The customer service was outstanding as well! A special shout-out to the guy working tonight—he made my son's birthday dinner truly special!

Literally waited a half hour for 12 chicken tenders that costed $37 with a side of no joke 6 small onion rings. also mentioning the fact that every piece of chicken i was given, was clearly uncooked and very pink. don?t recommend this place even theslightest.
