So having had this happen one to many times, I had to then put it at this rating due to the negligence of the kitchen. If they are properly trained then they would know blackened or burnt food creates acrylamide, a dangerous chemical that causes cancer. The fact that this was sent out the kitchen THIS black is shocking. I am a chef, I am trained in this and I would never have sent this not just because of quality but because of the danger. Any one reading this, never accept burt or blackened foods. The meal I got (calzone) had to be taken apart to remove the burt parts so I could atleast eat something. 2nd photo is of a direct note to the shop saying NO SALAD DUE TO ALLERGEN and guess what.... salad was included.
