The meats were covered in a rich, smoky spice rub that was absolutely delicious. Each cut was juicy and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food was for a pit master; I expected it would be just average, but it far exceeded my expectations. The beans and salads were also fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, unlike the reheated offerings commonly found at many chain BBQ places.
