Wendy's - Linthicum Heights

Oh, Wendy, when do you get my order right? I am not even annoyed, although everything on the menu is quite delicious

The management here is excellent. When I ran innto s problem, I filed a complaint about a meal, and they offered either money back or another meal. they were communicative and proactive about wanting to improve. will come back again

I was around this area for about 2 months and ate Wendy’s pretty regularly (yes my diet was a bit rough haha). Each time I ate at this location, I was very satisfied. The sandwiches were always fresh, the fries were always hot and crispy, the service was fast/friendly and the location is easy to get in and out of. Thank yall so much for the outstanding service.

During our road trip, we decided to stop at this restaurant for a meal. To our surprise, our order was ready within just five minutes. The staff member initially looked a bit perplexed, as if she wasn’t sure if we were the right customers, and then asked if we were picking up an order. We checked the bag, and everything was there—talk about impressive service! Back home, we typically wait at least 15 minutes for our orders, and they often get messed up. Here, the speed and accuracy were truly exceptional.

The food here is great and there are no issues in that regard. The staff is friendly, although they seem to be a bit understaffed. Despite that, they still manage to do a good job. I wouldn't recommend taking shots here, though.
