The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf Lipa

Simple, yet elegant is what I describe this shop located at Outlets in Lipa. Service is great and the products are delicious. A cozy place to meet and greet people.

Great tasting beverages and nice ambiance. Location has huge parking space.

Very comfy place with great drinks specifically their cocoa and matcha. Great food too! Their berry white chocolate cheesecake is a knockout! The place is wide with enough chairs and tables for their customers. The people are very enthusiastic too.
