The place where everyone goes to either wait for the ferry or to go first when you get off. We chose a table and started to wait but realised it would probably be a long wait so went into order. You have to pay before you order. Staff a little bit off, but good coffee and very good chocolate croissants. We may have still been there if we had waited for table service! We also bought pizzas to take away so we could picnic at Zucco Grande which were delicious. We then stopped in again to wait for the ferry and to cool down with a strawberry granita, annoyingly served in a plastic cup with a plastic spoon rather than a glass, and the best and only time I have seen peach ice cream. The lady seemed to give me a super large portion and it was delicious. Very reasonably priced. All in all a good place to stop but don’t expect the best service! If they don’t serve you at your table just go in!

Friendly people without a word of English who understand your every need and want. Beautiful food, gelato Granita and coffee. What more can you want sitting on a trattoria over the Tyrrhenian sea.

Dinner with friends on great location and great view. Unfortunately we were placed on a table without much light, so we played the whole night with our torches to figure out what we were having. Service is quite slow and getting their attention is complicated. Food is ok but Quality is uneven and you can get a good dish and another one bordo great. 10 people with 3 bottles of wine paid 40€ each
