Dunkin' - Lisle

I really enjoy this place. It's far superior to the one on Ogden, near the post office. Every time I've been here, the customer service has been excellent. Plus, when I order Munchkins, I often receive more than I actually ordered!

I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts, and I know the chemical that they use to spray the oven... You're supposed to spray it, wipe the oven down, and then burn the rest off... They typically do this at night. Also when you cook something, you're supposed to put it in a little tray in the oven... There is a stone slab in the oven, So if you put something directly on the slab it will burn. There's also settings on the oven... The very first setting is bagel, which will essentially burn anything else... I just ordered the sandwich from there, and it tasted of the chemical. That will kill a person. Ingesting oven cleaner. Not only that, but I could tell that they put the sourdough bread straight on the slab, which is probably why it tastes of the chemical. They also most almost likely didn't burn it off at night, before cooking the next morning. They also most likely didn't wipe it and just sprayed inside the oven. This could have killed me to eat this sandwich. Also this phone number doesn't work. So you can even call them to let the manager know.

Drive thru is very slow and iced coffee doesn’t taste right

Alot has changed over time, the last owner of the dukin was terrible, The Dukin has improved alot. They don't get the order wrong anyone and the customer service has improved more then I can describe. Great place eat with family.

Extremely disappointedOrder donuts via Dunkin app. Upon arrival they didn’t have my product. Asked for a refund since items were already paid. They said they couldn’t refund my money since I didn’t pay the restaurant.
