Dunkin' - Lisle

The service here is lacking, slow, and inconsistent. My orders are frequently incorrect, and even the ones that are right have an unusual taste compared to other Dunkin' locations. You can't rely on everything being blended properly. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This location is always a great reminder to always use the drive through at Dunkin Donuts to avoid the long wait and terrible service. Lesson learned (Sigh?.again)

The drive-thru service is quite slow, and I've noticed that orders are often incorrect. Even after repeating my order clearly over the speaker, they still manage to get it wrong. Additionally, the drinks are inconsistent in flavor; sometimes they are perfectly blended, while other times they're either over-blended or not blended enough, resulting in a completely different taste each time.

Great customer service. Staff was friendly and had smiles. Coffee was hot and fresh. Ordered a Hot Nutty Pumpkin Coffee. It was not to sweet and not too bitter. Really good.

Excellent service! I visit this place almost every day, and my orders are always prepared quickly and accurately. The coffee is fantastic too!
