Excellent gastronomy, with delicious fish dishes. Unfortunately often paved with reservation signs hours before appointment. And a little cumbersome in drinks and food supply. There is no service at the table. Order and pick up everything on the counter and on food output. Where the staff often makes a stressed, grained impression. Those who like it cozy and relaxed should go to the pirate nest next door. There the fish dishes are at least as delicious with very friendly at the table service.
Delicious fish, good wine, self-service and in good weather you can eat outside.
The “Gosch” at Lister Hafen many years ago should have started with a snack car, you don’t notice anymore. Now its locations shape the image of the port. We like the “Old Boat Hall” best. The boat hall is decorated with many maritime accessories, probably many who live below the Elbe have to look out a fish restaurant. The entrance area is determined by the large cooling troughs. place order, pay, receive number, wait for call, pick up and carry to the place; the same applies to beverages. At a place in the gallery this can easily become a “swiss work”. Self-service. It is compensated by solid “processed” fish seafood and supplements. The quality is high, the portions are large, special refinement is dispensed with, which I do not mean negatively. I find especially the mixed plates recommended. To this end, a glass of grey burgundy (residedly gifted) and a dessert plate (means running again, see ohen). The people in the kitchen and at the tresen understand their craftsmanship, but despite their work they are nice and put on a “taste”. Mr. Gosch often mixes with the guests. We like the “Old Boat Hall”, even if it is not a bargain (two main dishes, two wine, a large dessert: about 60 euros.
