The people that work there are stealing your credit card/ debit card information. Once a week I've done through the drive through. They won't take cash, applePayp or card on the same day. They always switch up what's available to be used. They take your card where you can't see what they're doing with it. I had random fraud transactions on my card. This is the I only place I give my card too. Everyone else accepts apple Pay or CASH. It's weird how it's been weeks and they're still doing this. SMH.
Burgers were just not up to par. Fries tasted like they were fried in old grease.
So there are two main reasons I even come here. Cherry limeades and the fact I can pull in and park and order my food without just sitting inline. Now when I try to park and order I'm told immediately to pull through the drive thru. Heffer if I wanted to sit in a drive thru id go to any of the other fast food places around. So for me this is no longer and option as that is what built this place up. Now they are just like everyone else with declining food and customer service quality. Noticed while I was waiting in the drive thru line that two employees are just sitting to side smoking and laughing at the increasingly growing line. Very unprofessional and unfortunately it's my last straw with this establishment.
I usually don't have problems ordering through the app....but one time I ordered and when I went to pick up my order they didn't have one of my items. The guy who gave me my food said it was refunded. It never came to my account. I called customer service after being on the phone for over half and hour and they said they would give me a credit on the app and that never happened as well. I wouldn't use the app after that experience in my opinion. Just a waste of time and money
