Wendy's - Lithia Springs

Quickly reminded of why I don't like this location. The quality of food and service are both poor. This was supposed to be the grilled chicken ranch wrap. This is exactly how it fell open when I opened the foil. Tried to wrap it and the tortilla, which was already torn completely came apart. The people aren't very friendly... young and there for the check.

Worst burger ever. The bun was stale, and the burger was dried out. Looks like it was ready for their chili. Employees shouldn't serve something they wouldn't eat. I noticed that 1 employee was grabbing a nugget from the holding area and eating it.

Give this GM a raise her store is clean, properly run with good food. And every time I bring the little one and the husband everyone is so sweet and welcoming.

It took us 50 min from time of ordering to time of pick up. There were only 3 cars in line, I was #3.
