Bidra med feedbackService was slow, oh well. Fries cold but the fish was hot and crispy. Not much energy from the cashier. She was not rude but definitely was not friendly. Opportunity to improve customer service skills!
Drive thru line took forever! Over 30mins for one meal. Employees were nice and the food was fine, but I probably won't be back to this location unless I just have to have Captain Ds and they are all that is available.
This was an Uber Eats delivery order. I had to wait 10-15 minutes. We aren't paid to wait. I should have canceled, but the lady working the counter AND drive-through, was seriously working her butt off! They need to hire more people. No way she's getting paid enough to work that hard and deal with some of the rude people that came in while I was there! Get it together Captain D's owner!
The drive thru line was long, but moved fast, the staff was friendly and all bad after that. Got home the fries were under cooked had to put them in air fryer, the fish batter was extremely greasy and the fish on the inner parts were soggy. We added the shrimp for $1.99 and they were horrible. I definitely would not recommend. You would be better off going to the grocery store frozen food aisle and picking up some fish and fries and cook it at home.
I have always had a good meal from this location, until they reduced their service hours and started closing at 7PM. Today, we decided to get lunch at this location. One of my sides was a baked potato. The potato was raw, it would not release the peal and then it could not be eaten due to the fact that it was still raw. What a disappointment. I guess, I will have to find a new location for my fish fixes. Get your act together folks or you will soon be closing down.
