Bidra med feedbackWent here at 1:40am, or there about. Few cars in the drive through. Line moved fairly quickly. Order LOOKED correct. Got home to a huge disappointment. Wife ordered a cheese burger with a double order of cheese bites, and a coke. Received cheese burger with Cajun fries and chicken nuggets. The fries had a huge spot of Cajun seasoning, about a third were inedible. At least the coke was right. I ordered a regular pork Barbecue sandwich with onion rings and Cajun fries. I can't eat cheese, so I try to order things that won't have it. Received...a cheeseburger that was burnt black on the underside....onion rings and Cajun fries. Which also had all the seasoning in one spot. But..my mama didn't raise a wimp, I ate all the fries. The dog ate the cheeseburger. This is totally unacceptable. I work in restaurants, every order is important. Even the ones that come in late, and you want to go home. This is the last time I will ever come to this location, maybe not even other locations.
The absolute worst I ordered 2 chicken tenders treys one plate had NO TENDERS. I go back to tell them the bring me out tenders and my old sides back so now I have cold sides with hot tenders staff is horrible she told me line was too long for my refund I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And food was thrown together
These people that are working here have the lingo on point! They say it so fast and succinct its like did I just order ? Ha ha they are able to get you IN AND OUT and on your way with their made to order food Pronto! These people know how to do fast food!! Love their Tray options too. I always get a burger tray with two chicken ranch wraps and a orange push up shake!
This place is the worst. I wanted to eat about 30 minutes ago. At first I ordered to throw the drive-thru. The girl who took my order was extremely rude about the Intercom. When I was rowing to get to the window, there were two girls who were in line with the window. Apparently, they couldn't understand the car that was behind me so they began to curse it. Then look at me, laugh and close the window. No one said? Hello or I'm with you. You closed the window, so I ran away. I'd rather go somewhere else. Customer service is switched on and off. One minute, there's someone nice and other times, not so much. That's disappointed because I like Cook Out, but I don't want me to go back.
I've been here many times before without an issue; however this time they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I tried calling to talk to a manager, calls were being routing to a corporate voicemail. I received a return call tge next day, and was assured my issue would be escalated to management and my meal would be replaced. I've not heard from anyone or gotten anything in the mail, so I guess it's okay to not address customer concerns these days. ?
