Someone once told this establishment that making customers wait for a table would attract more guests, and it seems they took that to heart. After having dinner there, I realized that it’s not the food that justifies the long wait, but rather the concept of what this Georgia restaurant represents—complete with charming tunes from Gladys that aren’t even played here and creatively named menu items. Unfortunately, the food quality doesn’t quite measure up to that of Rosco’s chicken and waffles.
