Burger King - Lititz

Burger King just isn't what it use to be. The food just doesn't taste the same. Nothing does. It use to be the only fast food that I liked! Now there are none!

Wasn't given all my food and when I told them I was missing food (before even leaving the drive thru window) the guy says thats impossible. Like I was trying to scam him for a free cheeseburger. Total lack of customer service. No apology just attitude. Smh

I've been to many Burger Kings and this is one of the nicer and cleaner locations. I love taking the kids here for french fries and chicken nuggets. The staff are always friendly and process my orders with a smile and speedy service.

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. I've tried time and time again, but this location is just bad. I've never once received hot food here, often it's not even warm. I sit here now looking at my cold unappitizing burger and it's obvious it wasnever even warm since the cheese isn't melted at all. Don't waste your money.

First they didn?t have any chicken products. Then my whopper comes in a chicken sandwich bun. They didn?t even have 1 dollar bills I had to get 4$ in quarters. And they offered sauces and never put in the ones I asked for .
