Pollo Regio - Little Elm

I've been a customer for a long time. The food was good before. Recently they left old chicken and sauce could be of many days before my stomach got hurt. Would never come again!

Those beans taste like my grandma's...homemade! I really enjoy all the fixings that come along with the meal. Great option for a quick family meal.

Probably one of the LONGEST waits ever for food!!! Every single time I go here to this specific location, my wait time is always an hour or more!! When there are typically only a few cars ahead of me. The woman who works the cashier doesn't speak english very well she only knows a few words. She gets my order wrong every time. She?s very nice and obviously not doing this intentionally, but the management there should be realizing this and fix this issue with someone who knows a little bit more so the orders can come out correctly especially since everyone has been waiting and hour.. but food is always good, just plan on spending A long time in that line.

The meat in my burger was raw it was so simple no cheese just barely cooked bun meat and veggies for like 10 dollars ?????

First off shout out to the chef, it?s the chicken for meeeeee!!!!!!!They?re always super nice, clean and friendly! However spending 13 bucks I feel as if my chicken should come in a box I?m here for cutting cost but come on. Nonetheless thanks again Brandon.
