Chipotle Mexican Grill - Little Rock

I didn't have much time and I could see that the parking lot was crowded, so I didn't walk in. the line was long, but they served me almost immediately! it went fast! the people on the line were beautiful, smiled, they seemed to enjoy what they did and the work in general, and it was extremely fast from the in and out! I was also very happy with the portion size of my meal. the place was full, but very clean. overall my experience here was exceptional and the food was delicious! I ordered two meals. one for today and one for tomorrow!

One of my favorite stops when in the little rock opposite. the food never disappointed; the prices are exaggerated, however, so it is almost unreasonable. my purchase was over $30 for a bowl and burrito. Probably they do not offer veterans or senior discounts.

Highly unsatisfied with my visit this time. Employees were rushing customers through the line, and yelling at customers to see what they wanted when they were 4 people deep. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted before I had even stepped up to make my order initially. They were out of white rice and chips .. At what point do you realize you need to start making more food items?! When the containers are empty and customers are asking about it?! Apparently so at this location.. Not to mention how FILTHY the restaurant was.. garbage was over flowing the trash cans and littered all over the tables and floor. The beverage station looked like a tornado ripped through it. And this is all before I even dipped into my food.. If this is what the front of the house looks like, I would hate to see the back. The cashier said that they are out of chips until the next truck comes as well. How does this happen ?! As for customer service, it’s pretty gross when the cashier is touching her mouth and face, then touching cash, and then touching the customers food. At what point do you wash your hands?! Also, what is the point of wearing a mask when it only covers your chin rolls?! I don’t plan to return to this location at any point soon in the future. I left really disappointed and plan to voice my experience if others ask me.

Eating was phenomenal and portions were large. the only thing I would change is maybe to turn off the music as tad. all the tables were dirty, but they were smashed.

I came in about a month ago and recently wanted to add my review. I came on a Sunday during the rush hour and ordered online. I came a little after they said my order was ready. I had to wait 15 minutes, because they were so busy. After I grabbed my lunch and didn't have time to check it because I was on the way to do that. as soon as I come to my best friend house, I open my food and my whole Burrito bowl was grounded, and at this child it was not 8 pieces salat, filled halfway away. I called and a manager tells me I can get my whole order restored, gave him everything I had. I'll be there the next day and the lady tells me I can only get what they messed up. I'm convinced she wasn't even manager, but we're leaving. she has a job and says I can only get what was messed up, so I do my bowl and go. Luckily I even leave a 2 star. the custom service in the load is so terrible.
