Good Vegetarian Lunch Option. Their entire menu is vegetarian, and although I'm not a vegetarian, I don't mind eating this way occassionally. I've tried it several times for lunch and have been pleased it. The items are fresh and they have healthy to-go items already packaged so if you're on the go, its easy to swing by there for a good meal. The owner is very nice and customer service is good. Haven't tried their smoothies or ice cream yet but I've heard they're both great too.

This is my favorite café in the heart of Rock. I've been coming here for years to enjoy snacks, smoothies, and to find the most beautiful gifts for my friends. I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars!
