Papa John's Pizza - Little Rock

Tried the Meats pizza with the added 3 cheese blend. I love it will be ordering again.

Had a mishap with my order, when I called to inform them the man was VERY kind a courteous and offered to fix it! Showed up for my replacement and he was amazing! Thank you guys so much! Great customer service! I really appreciate it! Wish I would have gotten his name but unfortunately I didn’t!! If you see this thank you ??(Ordered may 17th around 4-5pm)

The pizza was quite disappointing. It seemed undercooked and excessively doughy. This was my first experience with their pizza, and it will definitely be my last.

I would rate this restaurant with zero stars if I could. The pizza I had was the worst I’ve ever tasted. They needed to remake my order because it fell out of the oven, leading to an extended wait for a pizza that ended up tasting like cardboard. There seems to be an issue at this location, as the crust wasn’t the same as what I’ve had at other branches. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the manager being from a different country or what, but it feels like the quality consistently declines when someone from abroad takes over. I do not recommend dining at this location.

The crust here is simply the best when it comes to flavor and texture.
