Brad's Pit Bbq - Littleton

I found their food truck at Coal Mine Pierce (next to Liquor Mart). The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were great. Tender and flavorful, with generous portions for the price.The crew running the truck was everything you could hope for, quick and friendly, but having a good time as well. Caleb (I think) was especially knowledgeable in pairing sauces with meats and sides.I wish the brick and mortar location at Platte Canyon and Bowles was open later. I have been twice only to find them closed.

Ordered takeout. Probably the best queso I 've ever had, but the chips were a little stale. The brisket was a little fatty but I didn 't mind. It had great flavor. The sausage was a little greasy, but had good flavor. I 'd like a bit more crunch on a sausage link. It was a bit soft. But, it was takeout.The coleslaw and potato salad were super good!!!! Great flavors and textures. The pickles were also really good. Texas toast had great flavor. They forgot my BBQ sauce. I was looking forward to trying it.I will be back for sure to try more.

After a tasting (Which was excellent! , I contracted with Brad to cater our Rehearsal Dinner. I was worried about a bunch of things, would he be on time, would the food be hot, would the food taste good, and all of the other usual concerns. No need to worry, about anything, it was absolutely exceptional in every way. He was right on time, came prepared with everything we needed, the food was as we ordered and absolutely fantastic, he cleaned up after himself (And us! , and was professional and courteous with my guests throughout. I could not have been more impressed. We did the Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, sausage, chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. It was all fabulous.

Went there last Wednesday, we were underwhelmed. The brisket and pulled pork, were probably done in an instapot,, no BBQ air smoke flavor, we were disappointed

Always a solid bbq experience. The chicken and pulled pork is always good along with the sides. They are all great. I typically get the spicy bbq sauce which is one of my favorite sauces.
