I decided to grab a burrito today, but when I approached the counter, none of the five employees acknowledged my presence. They seemed completely focused on their tasks and, despite being the only customer waiting for four minutes, they were busy rushing around and completely ignored me. I ended up walking out, feeling incredibly disappointed. I run a business in Aspen Grove and used to come here several times a week for meals, but that's no longer the case. I’ll be heading to a place just four doors down instead.
I recently paid $15 for a burrito that only had a small amount of filling. To get a proper portion, I have to pay an extra fee? It's frustrating, especially since there's a Chick-fil-A right next door. I can't wait to eat there instead and I won't be returning to this place again.

Absolutely horrible customer relations and some of the food was sitting so long it was hard
