Excellent customer service! I ordered the speck cheddar chicken sandwich, simple fries, and the churro shake—everything was delicious! However, the shop doesn't have handicap-accessible doors, although there are designated parking spaces nearby. There wasn't much of a line during my visit, which was on a weekday.

Okay, so I just moved to co. I lived in ca for a few years and don't wait in the sound at n out. I would drive out my way to find the shake shack because their burgers are great. was happy to find a shake shack not too far from our new home. good burger, good pommes. much better than the other burger pitches!

This was my first visit, and it didn't quite meet my expectations. The burgers were decent, but nothing out of the ordinary, and they were on the small side. The fries, however, were fresh and crispy—definitely better than the burgers. Unfortunately, the prices were quite steep; a burger, fries, and a drink cost over $13. Given the choice, I’d much rather go for a double combo at In-N-Out for about $9. Absolutely!

Gotta love this place... The food is delicious, the milkshakes are delicious, and the service is great. Good gluten free options too. I just wish the portions were sightly larger. Our family usually buys four burgers, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and an order of bacon cheese fries. It's almost enough but not quite. How about adding family-size fries order?
