I’m confused why your Google page mentions that dine-in options are available when the staff won't even take orders for diners. It would be best to either ensure your staff is on the same page or update the information to clearly state that dine-in is not available.

Honestly, these were the best fast food onion rings I've ever tasted. However, the staff was a bit rude. I noticed that receipts seem to be mandatory, even though I asked them not to give me one. Plus, they served my float with half of the ice outside the cup.

I was really disappointed with the service here. They wouldn't serve anyone, even those wearing masks, and were incredibly rude about it. When I asked for assistance, they told me they would only help if I went through the ride first. I explained that it would be difficult to do that with my small children, but they still refused to help.

Came to eat here and ordered a cheeseburger and fries the people here seemed to work like children directly from high school brass to not take the work seriously, then they told me to park in the parking lot and wait for my food and no one else was even in line for the ride when I finally got my cheeseburger, it was all smashed out as if it had been graduated and tasty

I get that they were 45 minutes away from closing, but I have to say these were the worst fires I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration. Soggy, soft, lukewarm, stale, chewy, I could go on. Had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken so might as well have given me some fresh fries as well. To top it off they forgot one of my sides. No wonder there was no one in line on the drive-thru.
