Castle Rock - Livermore

I absolutely adore this restaurant. They are fantastic at accommodating large groups and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

The staff quickly corrected our order and even upgraded us to prime rib with our steak fajitas. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was peaceful. We had a great time celebrating our grandmother's 95th birthday here!

My brother and I had a fantastic experience on Thanksgiving Day in 2017 at the Castle Rock Restaurant! My brother ordered the traditional Thanksgiving meal and I opted for half of the Cobb salad. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff at this restaurant were friendly, respectful, and one of the servers even shared the story of this wonderful place with us.

Castle Rock is a strange restaurant. I always wondered why I had never been there before, and now I know. The interior is a mix of a convalescent home and a sports bar. The food was mediocre. The service was decent. I was craving a Bloody Mary and a substantial breakfast, so I ordered the Irish Benedict. It wasn't great, but it was filling. My kids both had corn dogs and fries. I tried some of their fries, and they tasted fishy. They should really change the oil. Castle Rock does offer some great deals, like breakfast specials for $3.99, but I don't plan on returning.
