I chose to have breakfast at Carluccio's in Liverpool while out and about in the second best city in the North West - Liverpool.

Promising from the outside. However, once we got inside the restaurant, the service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. The staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was just not welcoming. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my experience. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different place to dine.
