Coburg Pub - Liverpool

We found this restaurant on the main road across from Liverpool Yacht Marina, after walking back from Liverpool One and stopping in for a drink and to warm up. It has more of a local pub vibe with two bars and was surprisingly busy. We felt welcomed by the staff.

My twin brother and I visited the Coburg Pub on Friday night and had a fantastic experience. The pub has a bright and airy interior with great decor and furniture, multiple rooms, large screens for watching sports, and a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted warmly by a friendly staff member who served us a Heineken cold beer, which we found to be excellent. This Dutch beer is light, hoppy, and easy to drink. The pub has a local feel and is dog-friendly, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The Coburg Pub is located on Stanhope Street and is open until late every day. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this pub to anyone visiting the area.

I had planned to dine at this restaurant with my friend, but unfortunately there was a mix-up shortly after the game between Liverpool and Manchester United. When my girlfriend asked for a pint, she received poor service. When we asked for the menu, it was not provided promptly. If the restaurant cannot prioritize serving customers during important events like a soccer game, then they should consider closing. We decided to stop eating and will not be returning.

For years my family have been going to this pub. It's really warm and welcoming. Family friendly. We have also had quite a few family parties here too!
