Kings Chef - Liverpool

The food was EXCELLENT. I ordered the Happy Family and I was not released. It is very easy to cook this dish, but the meat was perfect. Also the speed of the order impressed me. I ordered in the register, had a cigarette sitting on a table to wait. I didn't even sit long enough to pull my phone before the food went to me. They didn't call me the counter, she was brought to me. I would definitely recommend King's boss.

I ordered delivery tonight and asked if there would be a delay because of Lights On The Lake Traffic...He gave me a ball park time and it was delivered 15 minutes before, packaged perfectly and piping hot..There were 10 HUGE shrimp..And I believe 8 Dumplings..Both excellent....

I have gone here since I was a kid and it's still just as good. I suggest getting the combo plate (fried rice general tso's chicken). The general tso's is different than any other Chinese place in the area. Most others around here deep fry their chicken until it is super crispy, and lightly top it with sauce. Here, it is more tender and moist with lots of sauce. You also have to try their garlic sauce (try their shrimp broccoli w/garlic, or just a side of broccoli in garlic sauce).

I was hesitant to try this place at first due to the mixed reviews, but I'm really glad I went for it! This spot offers classic Chinese takeout and delivers fast, tasty food at a great price. The freshness of the food exceeded my expectations, especially considering the cost. We ordered two combo meals (which come in the standard black plastic containers and are quite generous) along with a quart of soup, all for just over $20—an excellent deal! I’ll definitely be returning.
