I stopped Friday on my way home, and asked the man, what am I putting in my smoker tomorrow? I said I'll be home all day, but I've got a ton of yard work to do so I don't want to mess with it !! We stopped in the day before Easter to see if they had a prime rib available. Chef Drew was very helpful and cut one the perfect size for our family gathering.
