Starbucks - Liverpool

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Food was ice cold. I asked if they could re heat it after seeing that both bags were ice cold, I didn’t come remotely close to touching either sandwich. She laughed in my face and said they don’t do that. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager which makes it even worst. I asked for her first name and she said “I don’t have to give you that”. I then asked if there was a store manager which she laughed again and said “you can call corporate”. Walked away to help the next customer. Never will come here again.

Starbucks is always good! The coffee is amazing and the sandwiches are among the best I've ever had.

Workers spent so much time fulfilling drive thru and mobile orders that they ignored customers standing in front of them.

The staff is always extremely friendly and most of the time my drinks are made correctly. Would recommend

Chocolate cream cold brew is my favorite.. worth the 30 minutes... staff did warn me they were super busy before I placed my order.. all staff were running around and I wouldn't be surprised if they made 50 or more drinks while I was there 30
