Dave and Busters - Livonia

This was an extremely disturbing experience. We never have the appetizers we ordered. The children came first and they were made until the time of arrival of the other food. My order was wrong and when I finally got it, everything was done. We waited forever to get refills. I went to the bar to demand a refill, and the bar-tender was the most rude person I've ever met. She told me she was busy with drinks and I could ask a server because she wouldn't. I was grounded. Your sound and the way she said it was incredible. Beverages were not included in the overpriced children's dishes, and they calculated us almost $4.00 for a children's drink. Overall, it was really disappointing. I'm not going back.

The reservation was 3. I sat immediately, 40 minutes later was moved because no server in this area. Moving.. another ten minutes...no server, asked for manager.... ten minutes after he showed he was understanding and helpful... the waitress who finally took our table was great...but about all such a terrible experience for our first time and my children 28th bday

Our family was several times at this place and we enjoy mostly, but it is definitely loud.. Many children there especially on Wednesday.. the food is ok.. definitely nothing special and the servers were good..absolut overpriced, but I guess your pay for experience and not high quality product.. it was worth it when they made the food and games available and more affordable. They don't offer this anymore and that's a disappointment. .

The food is EXCELLENT! Great for a get together or family fun event!

Think chuckee cheese for families not just the kids. The food is better and is actually worth the price $15 per entree the games are pretty fun. And the prizes are infinitely better than anything you get at chuckees. 10/10 would go again!
