Plato - Ljubljana

Deserts, tea, coffee spot on the ground floor, and a beautiful, minimalist restaurant on the upper floor very comfortable to lunch. Very friendly and welcoming service are also mentioned.

For the first time in Slovenia and it was a warm welcome. How nice and helpfull the people of Ljubljana were. The patron of Plato helped us find a very nice restaurant to have dinner and arranged 2 taxis for our group of 8 persons to go to. The next dat we had lunch at his place and the food was very nice. Thank you for everything. You are a very good ambassador for the hospitality of Slovenia.

Good food, nice atmosphere in the city centre and friendly staff. Also reasonable prices and great coffee! Will go there again.

Plato is devided in 2 parts. On ground floor there is a Cafe and on first floor there is a Restaurant. In Cafe a caffee is good, cakes are great and atmosphere is cosy. Music is not loud and it is a nice place if You want to chat with Your friends. Man can also eat toast sandwiches, have a beer and watch TV. Toilets are on first floor and one must climb the stairs to get there. This can be a problem for people who have problems with walking. Plato is located in center near main public transportation stations and it is easily accessible.

Very good food and waiter are friendly (English speaking) Service at lunch time take a while. If you are in a hurry you should go somewhere else
