Rising Sun - LOBETHAL

This beautiful country pub in Lobethal, SA, offers a fabulous atmosphere with friendly staff and a welcoming ambiance. From the moment you step inside, you feel at home. The meals are delicious, and the breakfasts on Saturdays and Sundays, served from 8 to 11:30 AM, are outstanding. Overall, I give it 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, and 5/5 for atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This pub is an absolute gem! It's a fantastic family-friendly spot with delicious food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

We visited for three people and enjoyed a lovely roasted open focaccia with crispy bread rolls and cheese. We sat outside and watched the Sunday tourists on their Harley cruises, which was very pleasant. I'm not a local, but I've fallen in love with this place several times over the years.

Had lunch here today, they are currently updating, but the Manager didn,t hesitate to arrange lunch...I had a Chicken Snitty....OMG. it was tender and juicy, I had mine with chips, salad and gravy.. scrumptious, chips were perfect.. salad fresh . I enjoyed every mouthful. Leaving a clean plate....not even a crumb to take home to the dog . Did I also mention for entree' the garlic bread...done with cheese, bacon and onion....to die for.. Priced well and way worth the drive up from Adelaide.. will be heading back again.. with winter on its way, the woodfire there makes a great atmosphere as well...recommend heading there with a group of mates for the arvo or evening...The Manager is really friendly and welcoming... AAA EASY .
