Domino's Pizza - Lobnya

Now, Domino's is the last place I will ever order pizza from! I wanted to throw a party for my kids and ordered pizza, but they delivered it on a thin crust instead of the regular one! When we placed the order, they didn’t ask us about any preferences; we just requested the standard option! On top of that, the pizza was either overcooked or dried out—it felt like they had refused it yesterday, put it in the fridge, and then reheated it for me the next day! I could use this pizza as a nail! I called the customer service line to file a complaint, and after I said I wanted to complain, they hung up on me. I tried calling from another phone, and they didn’t answer! Honestly! I feel like taking this pizza, placing their logo on it, and THROWING IT IN THE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t even wish this pizza on my worst enemy! I’d rather starve than take a free pizza from them!

I was waiting for my delivery since 7:57 PM, and now it's 9:20 PM, and nobody has arrived... Terrible service.

The pizza is delicious, but the dining area is a mess. The tables are dirty, and the floors are the same… I won't even mention the children's play area. The place leaves much to be desired, especially considering it's right across from the administration.
