Monse (the manager) went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer when my order was delayed due to a shortage and right before close! Amazing customer service 10/10
BAD MANAGEMENT (I 'll use the word management lightly) from the chubby Latino manager who calls himself Brian the smaller assistant Latino manager. No people skills, nonchalant and dismissive. From now on, it will be the Randallstown and Security Blvd locations for our family versus this location for certain !
