Guadalajara Mexican - Lockhart

(during pandemic, Be sure you have lens on your camera...for the menu... I love their food. However on different visits I have found small dead ants in my ice. Atmosphere tends to be noisy. Servers always pleasant. Food worth the visit.

Great food and service. The Fajitas were super delicate and the Carnitas were delicious.

Try lunch specialties. The daily specials are on the chalkboard at the entrance. Lunch specialities are located in their own menu area. I had the Riviera Special. An al-carbon taco, a cup of tortilla soup, small guacamole salad, rice and beans. Meat is tender, soup delicious. The guacamole is fresh and good. The fried beans have whole beans in them, beautiful texture. The rice is average. The tortillas are fresh and delicious. The iced tea is good and dark. I come back for a large bowl of tortilla soup. The veggies were not mudy. Good taste.

We had a fantastic meal tacos al Carbon and Chimichanga. All were filled with delicate quality beef. The charro beans and rice each had a good taste. The guacamole was fresh. Chips needed additional salt for our taste, but was better to supplement than to be too salty for them. The salsa was fresh and very tasteful. When we asked about Margaritas, our waitress replied?We have the best margaritas in town.. He's right! Two of the best we ever had.

LOVE this place! We stopped at another highly recommended restaurant but left because they never came to our table and came to Guadalajara instead. It was the best decision! The food is so good ! The drinks are great but most of all the staff was awesome!!! They were all so friendly and personable. Come here and you will not be disappointed! We even left our cell phone at our booth and we went back and they had it waiting for us at the hostess station!
