Admirals' Inn - Lockport

The only thing I give is 5 stars is the grilled cheese. This meal is the best meal they have and I will not get anything else here. Being on the outside porch is nice. Just be nice to the staff and they will be nice back. They do get crowded and can be understaffed. So just be patient!!!

If I could leave less stars I would. The food was mediocre and that 's me being generous. What really was atrocious is the attitude of the man who either owns or runs the place. I went to complain about our clam appetizer (which was not just gritty but had mud formations within the clams), missing parts to our actual meal, as well as our bill coming up incorrectly (price charged did not match our ordered entree prices), and I was met with nothing but annoyance and rudeness. He tells me Just pay 50 bucks. Does that make you happy? Honestly, a simple apology would have been all that was necessary. I did not walk into a restaurant to order a meal and not pay for it. Do not treat your customers like they are trying to eat for free when they come to you with complaints about how your establishment is functioning. He was very clear in letting me know that he was too busy to be arguing with me like this when I was standing in the bar with 5 individuals. The entire restaurant had about 7 tables when we dined and they had about 7 to 8 employees floating around not doing much so his i am too busy was his way of saying f off. Waste of time and money. Would highly recommend you do NOT visit this establishment. Save your money and your mental health. This meal comes with a dose of rudeness and not enough seasoning.

To Mike, April, and Patti u guys went above and beyond for me on my birthday 6/30/21 I never got the Flowers that my Daughter ordered for me because of the florist but meeting u 3 really made my birthday special Thank u so much ....Kay Griffith from Waterloo NY

Not bad not good.Service poor.My daughter and myself have very bad night, after that restaurant. Looks like we poison.Over price!!! And Spoil tonight!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

What a great local spot right in the middle of the Village!! Sat at the bar and was waited on by the owner, great guy. Food was delicious.
