El Pollo Loco - Lodi

I love this place every time I come in to this area I stop here so I think I've been there six times within the last 6 months I love it I love the food I love all the new salads that they've added!

We eat at El Polo Loco in many cities. This time we stopped in Lodi. Besides being a little higher in price, the food and service were both excellent.

The price of the food has become outrageous. My avocado burrito had too much avocado, It was $10 and I was still hungry after I ate it. Not great not horrible but very pricey.

Best Authentic fire-grilled Seasoned Chicken... period! Outstanding Mac 'n ' Cheese, too! Make use of the coupons that you get from this food establishment. I consider them better than fast food. While I like popeye 's chicken better than KFC and churches, for authentic season chicken, a poya loco cannot be beat. You can also choose any sides when getting a family meal: I always like to get the macaroni and cheese for both side dishes, because it seems freshly made and moist. My FOUR STARS review of this restaurant falls just short of 5 stars, because in the past near closing, I did receive dried chicken instead of the freshly made chicken.

This is a decent restaurant that surpasses my previous experience at El Pollo. It's a great deal for a nice meal. The staff was attentive and quick. The chicken was well-cooked, tender, and had a great texture. The beans were a bit watery, but still tasty. The vouchers offered are definitely worth it. I will return!
