Bidra med feedbackI recently had an extremely disappointing shopping experience at ShopRite of Lodi, mainly due to the appalling level of customer service provided by one particular employee. As a disabled individual who relies on assistance, I expected a modicum of understanding and help, but alas, it was far from the case. Upon reaching the checkout counter, the cashier, named Carol, showed a complete lack of empathy and refused to bag my groceries, despite knowing about my disability and obvious need for assistance. Instead, she rushed through the transaction, taking the next customer without addressing my concerns or offering any help. I was left bewildered and frustrated by her dismissive attitude. What was even more disheartening was that the manager seemed equally unconcerned about the issue. When I approached the manager with my complaint, I was met with indifference and what seemed like an attempt to brush off the matter. It was as if my concerns were inconsequential to them, and this only added insult to injury. To make matters worse, as I was leaving the store, I required assistance in moving my scooter, which was in the store's possession. The shopping cart attendant promised to help within two minutes, but he never showed up. I had to make two separate phone calls to the store, requesting them to remove the scooter, so I could leave the parking lot. It was distressing to witness the complete disregard for my situation and the failure to provide basic assistance when I needed it most. In a shocking turn of events, it was another kind-hearted customer who came to my aid, moving the scooter manually since the store's employee never bothered to help. Moreover, the scooter's battery appeared to be in poor condition, adding further inconvenience and discomfort to the already unpleasant situation. The most frustrating part of this ordeal was the store's lack of legitimate excuses for such deplorable customer service. It was an unusually quiet day in the store, with few customers to attend to, which makes the staff's behavior all the more inexcusable. In conclusion, my experience at ShopRite of Lodi was nothing short of a nightmare. The poor customer service demonstrated by the cashier, Carol, and the lack of empathy from the manager has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a disabled individual, I deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and my needs should not be disregarded. I strongly advise others to reconsider shopping at this location until they address their glaring customer service issues.
Most completed store of Shop Rite network in Bergen county. Those stonefire wraps and the blackberry jam couldn’t find elsewhere beside here. The carts are inside of the store most of it which makes it convenient on a rainy day. Only thing that need to improve is the bathroom cleaning and more people at the check out as it is a busy place.
Shoprite is now very clear. At Shop Rite as Aldi above the street, a gallon of spring water is 50%. I've discovered 10 different things that were more than Wal-Mart's supermarket. You can't have a shopping basket anymore? It's a car or jogging 6 articles. Oil
Much better choice than many of the surrounding Shoprites. Big selection and easy to navigate. I actually often come here instead of Hackensack due to the state of the Hackensack store. (I live in Little Ferry. Longer drive to go to Lodi) Biggest issue: always packed and the parking situation is horrific.
First time SupetMarket was clean and well organized. I had no problem shopping for my items. Associates were around should assistance be needed. Self check fast.
