A small trattoria from times gone by, where they have now almost completely disappeared in most of our cities and beyond. As I always say, never focus on the dress and therefore in this case on the external appearance or its location in a place, perhaps unknown or just passing through. Well, after having made this premise, I can say that I had both lunch and dinner in this small, simple but welcoming trattoria, which reminds me so much of the old trattorias in the Como area where my grandfather took me when I was very little, and so upon entering I lived for a moment my childhood, with that good clean smell mixed with the flavors of my grandmothers ' simple but genuine cuisine. As I wrote before, simple but very welcoming, very kind and always present staff, really good dishes that may seem simple, but are not simple, especially when the quality is really very good, local raw materials, well cooked, with a combination of flavors that mix the past with the present. Lastly, what can I say about the price, it is possible to choose both à la carte and a menu consisting of 1 first course, 1 second course with side dish and a jug of still or sparkling water for only €12 both at midday and in the evening, I am convinced that the price it is really content for the quality of the products used. In short, a typical Lombard restaurant where the owners, in a family context, were able to not offer or sell smoke but real, genuine and home-made cuisine, which made me feel at home. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Personale molto gentile e veloce, menù con piatti semplici e molto saporiti. Bravi!
