Bidra med feedbackI’ve ordered a salad without bacon twice now, and each time they’ve given me one with bacon. As a vegetarian, I don’t eat bacon, yet this restaurant seems unable to get my order right! I will include photos to illustrate this. I attempted to remove the bacon, but there was just too much of it. How can a restaurant fail to meet expectations on two separate occasions and still expect to thrive in the food industry? The responsibility lies with the management; they hired staff who can’t follow simple instructions. While they may try to resolve the issue, my schedule is tight with classes and work, leaving me no time for lunch. Unless they have a time machine, I’ll end up spending the afternoon hungry due to their mistakes. I recommend avoiding this place.
While the staff was incredibly friendly, I unfortunately didn't receive my Thai chicken curry on sourdough! Instead, I ended up with a chicken salad topped with cashews on what seemed to be the world's tiniest croissant. And it had onions! Did I mention I can't stand onions? Haha! I'm willing to overlook a mistake, but the guy even said "Thai chicken" when he handed me my to-go order! On the positive side, the chicken tortilla soup was fantastic, which is why I gave this experience a 3 instead of a 2.
I ordered the French Dip Panini, and it looked fantastic when it arrived quickly at my table. The first few bites were absolutely delicious, and I was thrilled to detect hints of horseradish, which I love. However, as I continued to eat, the horseradish flavor became overwhelming. A few bites later, I found myself in tears, much to the amusement of my two co-workers who thought I was being a bit dramatic! It was genuinely painful. Ultimately, I had to open the sandwich and remove about a spoonful of horseradish, but I still left enough to keep the tears flowing through the rest of my meal. I really want to give this place a five-star rating, but the excessive horseradish was a major misstep. It's an easy mistake to make, but they need to be cautious with such a potent ingredient. I would have asked for a replacement, but since one of my co-workers treated us to lunch, I didn't want to cause any trouble. I do recommend dining here, but I suggest checking with them about the sauces they use on your sandwich and asking them to go easy on the horseradish—or skip it entirely if it’s not to your taste.
Came here for lunch the other day, I had never been but I heard good things so I wanted to try. I got the turkey avocado sandwich and it was delicious. Also the cashier up front was a sweetheart and very kind, all around good experience. Planning on coming back sometime soon!
Apple Spice catered lunches for our event in June. We had the baked potato bar and the pasta bar. They did a great job. The food was delicious and delivered on time. The set-up looked great and they met diet restrictions in a professional manner. I worked with Tonya and wouldn't hesitate to do so again on future catering.
