Bidra med feedbackI remember this place from my childhood as a go-to spot for Mexican food. It was always bustling with customers, though it seems a bit quieter now. Additionally, my mother and I found it challenging to walk there because the parking lot was like solid ice.
This was my first visit to El Sol in years since my daughter attended Utah State University. The tostada I had was just as delicious as I remembered from years ago.
It was late when we arrived there, so the service was a little out. The food was excellent.
I'm really disappointed. Elsol has been my favorite restaurant for over 30 years, but during my last few visits, the service has been terrible, and the food has been quite lackluster.
Was my favorite as a kid and I still love it. It's the only place where I eat cheese enchiladas. My family loves the Mexican pizza and the fajitas too.
