Taco Time - Logan

I visited the dining room and ordered four casita burritos, two crispy burritos, and a large Mexi-fry. After waiting over 30 minutes for my food, I got home only to discover that they had given me the wrong order, which included just one taco salad and some fries. I paid much more than what I received. I understand they were busy, but while I was there, I also overheard other customers complaining about their orders being incorrect. I'm really disappointed with the entire experience, and I won't be returning to this location.

The food we received was unappetizing, and we were charged for items we didn't even receive. They blamed DoorDash for the issue, refused to issue a refund, and were very rude about their mistake.

The woman at the register (I believe her name was Kassie) let out a groan after I placed my order and seemed to complain about having to prepare it. I felt quite uncomfortable in that moment. She even glanced back at me and silently mouthed that she disliked me. I wouldn't say I'm offended by that, but it was certainly very awkward.
