A unique experience. Don't want to miss it. Really good pizza and wings.

If you want potatoes on you pizza this is the place for you! For real, though, it was a pleasant experience to have a pizza that was not your “run-of-the-mill” pizza experience. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing and the staff were very friendly.

Peel is always a hit. Their wood-fired pizza features the very best pizza dough cooked in the absolute best way. It's crackly outside, with a perfectly soft chew on the inside. In addition to many pizza varieties, Peel also has fantastic wings and salads of all kinds. I'm never disappointed and my guests always rave about the experience.

Don't always get to Edwardsville nowadays but this place always hits the spot. Excellent small business with the customer in mind. Fantastic wood fired pizza and shareable appetizers. Can't wait for just a bit bigger location in Edwardsville.

Take out Margherita pizzas. Dreadful. Looked liked they were made by someone who'd never made a pizza before.
