Bidra med feedbackI have no picture, but I would like to say that their customer service is excellent!! Due to the low staff, our party had to wait and the time had to be extended. However, our server Wendy was amazing on her first night, she was pleasant and dried to keep us happy while we were waiting. The manager was wonderful and committed well and went beyond and beyond to ensure that the situation was treated. The food was excellent! And wait!
We had a party of 12, and everything went perfectly! Everyone received exactly what they ordered, and the waitress made sure our cups were always full. The food was excellent, making for a fantastic overall experience!
I placed an online order over an hour before the scheduled pick-up time, but it was over 30 minutes late. Everything was incorrectly prepared. The Buffalo sauce should have been on the side, but it wasn't. The portion sizes were disappointing for what we paid. My child's meal was served in a cup that was not even half full. The shrimp for my fajitas were tiny, almost like salad shrimp. They also swapped my triple dipper queso for white queso and added pico and old guacamole, even though we specifically requested no pico. We asked for no pico in our bowl, yet they included it anyway. Additionally, there was no sauce for the molten lava cake, and the chips were crushed, as if they had been stabbed. On top of that, they charged me an extra $15, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I ordered the triple-dipper, and when the food arrived, I started with the chicken. Right away, I noticed the texture. As I broke the bun apart, I discovered that none of the pieces were cooked properly—literally raw meat. The manager who came to the phone was very apologetic, but this is simply unacceptable.
That was delicious. I ordered the garnelenpastete and my man ordered the old hamburger. the new three for me menu is a good thing. like most restaurants, the service suffers due to lack of employees.
