Ordered today, very, very busy. the staff were great at keeping up with the customers! specifically Daniel he was my cashier and was great! Super attentive and provided great service!!

The customer service really needs to improve as the employees are young and don’t care at all about anything.They have the worst attitude

I walked in and placed an order. Once I got to the topping area, I was disappointed to learn that there was no pico. This is problematic because one of the items I was ordering only had cheese, lettuce and pico as the requested toppings. If there had been any warning of this then I would have done an online order to the Snellville location. While I was being told that they were out for the night at 8:41 on a Friday night when they are open until 11pm, I look 12 feet to left and see heaping piles on the other bar. I asked if I could have some of that and was told that that was for online orders only. So I had to place an online order if I wanted the topping that should have been free. I then waited for 20 minutes for them to fill my order for chips and pico. It was finally handed to me by the manager, who decided that scolding me in front of my child was the best service she was willing to offer. She told me that if she were to call online and order pico it would take 5 hours to get it... I am still not sure what that was supposed to mean. I explained to her that this is not the first bad service I have gotten here and that this is part of my frustration. Her response was probably the best thing she said Well maybe you should stop coming here if you want better service. I gave 2 stars only because the food was good. The service was horrible. I would mention the manager 's name but she refused to give it to me. This was 841pm on 9/1/23.

I went and order three burrito bowls last night one bowl had a gnat on the lettuce and the other had a long piece of hair within the corn. i went to get a refund and was never offered an apology.
