Dunkin' - Loganville

The espresso machine has been out of order for weeks! It's frustrating to stand in line only to find out that the espresso machine isn’t working. It would be nice if they could put up a sign so customers are aware beforehand. It’s quite inconsiderate.

While I enjoy Dunkin', I intentionally steer clear of this particular location. The drive-thru is quite cramped for the space it occupies and often creates traffic jams. More importantly, they appear to be experiencing significant operational issues. My husband and I ordered drinks and breakfast, and out of the six items we requested, only two – a cup of water and the hash browns – were correct. My drink was wrong, and our sandwiches were made with ingredients we didn’t order. We even noticed on the screen that our order had been input incorrectly. When we brought this to the attention of the drive-thru staff, they reassured us that our food would be correct when we reached the window, but it turned out it wasn't. We didn't even receive the right donut we had asked for. This suggests either a lack of understanding of the order system or a general disregard for accuracy. Although the staff are polite, I can’t rely on receiving my correct order. The wait times on weekends are absurd; I've waited as long as 30 minutes. Instead of stopping here, I prefer to drive to the Dunkins in Grayson or Snellville when I need my caffeine fix.

I cannot recommend this location! One of the employees was extremely rude. She claimed she couldn't hear me, so I raised my voice slightly, and instead of listening, she began to speak over me with an attitude. I asked for a regular chocolate donut but was charged for a chocolate donut cake instead. Despite telling her multiple times that I only wanted the chocolate donut, I didn't receive it until the manager intervened. Additionally, I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels but only got one; the employee continued to speak over me even after I specified that I wanted two. I also ordered a regular everything bagel with cream cheese, and believe it or not, there was no cream cheese on it at all! I can't understand how you forget such an essential ingredient. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I suggest going to a different location or even to Starbucks instead, as the customer service here is just terrible.

Maybe I should be happy this didn't land in my hash browns?

Gave my order wrong and cold coffee. But the kicker is the Chocolate Milk I ordered was soured.. Will never come back.
