Bidra med feedbackAs soon as I walked in with my heat bag, a staff member approached me and rudely stated, “30 minutes, and if you don’t like it, go somewhere else!” I was taken aback by his rudeness. I hadn’t even said anything, and yet he began to speak to me in a disrespectful manner and then walked away. When I provided the name of the order, he repeated his dismissive remarks and continued being rude. I became upset and told him he needed to learn how to talk to customers. This was my second negative experience with him, and I made it clear that I wouldn’t be returning. I walked out and reported the incident to my delivery service. After reading various reviews, I noticed that many other customers cited experiences of racial discrimination and bias, which made me think about my own situation. I hesitated to think it was due to my being a Black woman, but I couldn’t help but notice that he didn’t treat others who didn’t look like me in the same manner. Just before I entered, he had a different tone with a white man who walked out. The man was a large, bald individual who acts as if he is superior to everyone else. I wouldn’t dine here even if I were paid to, as I value good customer service. Knowing he seems to harbor prejudices against customers of different races is not only frustrating but also ironic since he is of another race himself. It’s disheartening that a restaurant would treat its customers in such a way. As a delivery driver, I’m just trying to do my job, yet I felt like I was being blamed for the delays in their orders. The restaurant was completely empty at the time, and it might remain that way if they allow that miserable man to continue speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The dishes we tried were wonderful, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered chili chicken, garlic naan, butter chicken, and beef Ulathathu. I nearly overlooked mentioning the samosas, which were also great. To drink, we had mango juice. While we were there, a friend of ours came in to pick up takeout for himself and his wife, and they shared how much they love this place too. Everything was just so good!
Loved their chicken Manchurian. Garlic naan was so soft and tasty. Fried rice was little bland for me.Food: 4/5
I was craving Indian food for some reason, which I rarely do. Just happened to be passing by Palm Palace and thought it to be destiny. The chicken Vindaloo was good. I also had a order of the garlic nan. I was satisfied with the taste, although it was a little pricey, but the servings were large. I would definitely try the Palm Palace again. I want to try the curry shrimp next time.
Took my parents out for a treat. My mom said she really wanted to try it. Little did we know that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Worst $100 spent on a 3 person meal. The quantity was smaller than a grain of sand. The quality was worse than dog s**t. They cut many corners on the food. Also the bathroom smelled like s**t. Dont recommend. Avoid Hell.
